Three Dutch companies built Innotalent because they wanted AI engineers and marketers they could trust. They found them in Prishtina. Then they decided to make the same talent available to you.
The story
Innoworks, Innomads, and Notum are three Dutch companies building real products. Each one needed AI engineers and marketers who could work as part of the team, not contractors at arm's length. The usual routes kept coming up short.
Kosovo was different. The people we found in Prishtina were sharp, genuinely motivated, and good to work alongside. We did not find them through a directory. We showed up, built relationships, and looked carefully. The talent in Prishtina is not a delivery centre. It is part of how these three companies build their products.
Once we were working with these people on our own products, the next step was obvious. Open it up. Let other companies hire the same AI engineers and marketers we use ourselves. No pitch decks, no markups, no handoff-and-forget. That is Innotalent.
Who is behind this
A Dutch software product and services company. Innoworks builds digital products and AI-powered tools for clients across Europe. Tijn Meijerink and Twan van der Heijden founded it, and both work with Innotalent talent on their own products today.

Co-owner of Innoworks, an Enschede-based AI company that builds agents and tailor-made software for Dutch SMEs. He uses Innotalent talent on Innoworks products every week, and judges each engineer on the same bar he sets for his own clients.

Co-founder and engineering lead at Innoworks, where he builds AI-integrated products end to end. He vets the engineers joining Innotalent the same way he hires for his own teams, on real code, not on promises.

Founder of Innomads, a Dutch growth agency running SEO, paid social and B2B lead generation for ambitious businesses. He brings the growth side to Innotalent and sets the bar for the marketers, content people and designers we place.
Notum Marketing
Founder of Notum Marketing, a B2B lead-generation agency in Enschede that turns LinkedIn into a sales channel for service businesses. He brings the commercial side to Innotalent and judges sales, content and outbound talent on what actually wins business.
