What this covers
These terms govern your use of innotalent.tech and the tools we publish on it (including the Team Architect). They do not govern any engagement you have or might enter into with us. That is documented in a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work, MSA, or employment/contractor contract). If anything in those signed documents conflicts with anything on this page, the signed document wins.
By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
Who we are
"Innotalent", "we", "us" and "our" refer to:
- Legal entity
- [Registered legal name]
- Registered office
- [Street, postal code, city, country]
- KvK / registration
- [Number]
- VAT
- [Number]
Innotalent is the shared trading name of a partnership between the founders of Innoworks, Innomads, and Notum.
Using the site
You're welcome to read the site, link to it, share it, fill in a form, and apply for a role. In exchange, please don't:
- Attempt to disrupt the site (denial of service, automated abuse of forms, exploiting bugs you haven't reported to us first).
- Scrape or republish substantial portions of our content without crediting and linking back to the source.
- Submit anything you don't have the right to submit (someone else's confidential information, copyrighted material you don't own a licence to, malware, illegal content).
- Impersonate someone else when filling in a form.
If you find a security issue, please email hello@innotalent.tech. We're not a Fortune 500 with a bug-bounty programme, but we will read your report, fix what we can, and thank you sincerely.
Our content & marks
The text, copy, images, layouts, and code on this site are ours (or licensed to us) unless we say otherwise. The "Innotalent" name, the underlining-italic logotype, and the targeting-reticle emblem are our marks.
You may:
- Quote short passages with a credit and a link back.
- Use a screenshot of a single page to explain or discuss it (e.g. on social media, in a blog post).
You may not:
- Republish substantial portions of the writing as your own.
- Use our logo or marks in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation we haven't agreed to.
Glossary definitions on /glossary are intentionally written to be quoted; a credit and link are appreciated but not required for a definition-sized excerpt.
Forms & sketches
The site has a few tools that respond to what you tell us, chiefly the contact form and the Team Architect. Two things to keep in mind:
Sketches are not quotes
The Team Architect returns a staffing sketch generated by an AI model from the brief you submit. It is a thinking aid, not a contract, not a price quote, not a commitment that we can staff exactly that team on exactly that timeline. Every real engagement starts with a conversation, ends in a written SOW, and the SOW supersedes any sketch.
What you send, you stand behind
By sending us a message, you're confirming that the information is yours to share and is, as far as you know, accurate. Don't send us anyone's confidential information.
Roles & applications
Open roles live at /roles. Applying is a conversation, not a contract:
- Submitting an application does not oblige us to interview you, offer you a role, or respond by a specific date, although we try to reply to every application personally.
- Posting a role does not oblige us to hire for it; sometimes a role gets pulled, slowed, or replaced.
- If we do hire, the terms of employment or engagement are documented in a separate signed contract, not on this page.
- By applying, you confirm that any work samples or references you share are yours to share.
We do not pay agency fees for unsolicited candidate submissions. If you'd like to introduce a candidate on a commercial basis, write to us first and we'll see if there's a fit.
Engagements & quotes
Anything we publish about how we work, including page descriptions of services, indicative timeframes, team sketches, and sample pricing ranges, is descriptive and indicative. None of it is a binding offer.
A real engagement only exists once both sides sign a written agreement (typically an MSA + SOW, or a stand-alone SOW). That document, not this page, defines:
- What we deliver and when.
- Who pays whom, how much, and on what schedule.
- Ownership of work product.
- Confidentiality, IP, data processing, and any service-level commitments.
- Warranties, indemnities, and limits of liability beyond what's in this page.
No warranties
The site, the Team Architect, the glossary, and everything else we publish here are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and online, but we don't warrant that they'll always be available, that every piece of content is current, or that the Team Architect's output is correct for your specific situation. Anything important enough to act on should be checked with us in writing first.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site (lost profits, lost data not caused by our wilful act, etc.).
- Our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to [EUR 500].
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
If you have a signed engagement with us, the liability terms in that engagement govern that engagement.
Termination
You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend or block access if someone is actively abusing it (e.g. attacking it or spamming the forms). Sections that should reasonably survive (content ownership, liability, governing law) do survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [the Netherlands]. Disputes that aren't resolved by talking go before the competent court of [Amsterdam], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects someone who's already in conversation with us, we'll mention it in our next reply.
Contact
Email hello@innotalent.tech. A founder reads it; a founder replies.
Postal: [Registered office].
This is the founders' draft, written by the people who run the business, not by counsel. If your legal team needs language tightened for a specific risk, write to us and we'll either explain the intent or revise it. Engagement-level terms live in the signed SOW, not on this page.
