- Yes. We slot into your stack: your models, your data boundaries, your cloud, rather than imposing a platform you then have to maintain.

- No. Most of the value is hardening and shipping work that already half-exists: evals, reliability, cost and getting it safely in front of users.
- Who owns the models and IP?
