A dedicated development team

A team that works only for you, as if you had hired them yourself.

A dedicated development team is the right model when you have ongoing product work and want capacity that compounds. People who learn your codebase, your users and your standards, and stay. Ours sit in Prishtina, work only for you, and are managed day to day from the Netherlands so the quality bar holds. You own the roadmap. We own the people, the continuity and the hard conversations.

01

Yours, and only yours

Not a pool you share and not capacity rented by the hour. A standing team that learns your product and gets better at it every sprint.

02

We manage the people

Hiring, retention, the difficult feedback: that is on us. A founder stays involved so a wrong fit is caught and replaced early, at our cost, not yours.

03

Add a discipline without adding a vendor

Add engineering, AI or marketing under one partner, instead of standing up a new vendor relationship every time the work grows.

The proof

Real reasons, not round numbers.

No vanity metrics. Just how the model is actually built.

Common questions

How is this different from time & materials?
A dedicated team is continuity: the same people, building knowledge of your product over time. Time & materials is capacity for variable load. Many clients use both.
What if someone is not the right fit?
A founder is involved from week one. If the fit is wrong we hear it early and replace, at our cost.
How does cancellation work?
Clear notice, in writing, agreed up front. No lock-in clauses buried in the contract.
