- A dedicated team is continuity: the same people, building knowledge of your product over time. Time & materials is capacity for variable load. Many clients use both.
- What if someone is not the right fit?
- A founder is involved from week one. If the fit is wrong we hear it early and replace, at our cost.
- How does cancellation work?
- Clear notice, in writing, agreed up front. No lock-in clauses buried in the contract.
