What you'll do
- Own growth experiments across channels, from idea to measured result.
- Produce sharp content and campaigns that match a brand's standard.
- Read the data honestly and act on what it says, not what is comfortable.
- Work directly with the client team, in daily contact.
What you bring
- A track record of growth or performance work you can point to.
- Strong written English; clear, structured thinking.
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just activity.
- Works well in a Dutch or German company context.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing technical or AI products.
- Hands-on with analytics and lightweight automation tooling.
