Senior AI Engineer
Own AI features end to end, from prototype to production, for European companies that ship. You will work directly with founders who build AI products themselves, in the same time zone, with real decisions in your hands from week one.
What you'll do
- Design and ship product features built on large language models and machine learning.
- Take ideas from prototype to production, owning quality, latency and cost.
- Work directly with the client team in daily contact, not behind a coordinator.
- Make real architecture and model decisions, and defend them when challenged.
What you bring
- Several years building and shipping software that real users depend on.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or ML into production products.
- Clear written English and direct communication in a Dutch or German company context.
- Comfortable owning work without a heavy onboarding structure around you.
Nice to have
- Experience with retrieval, evaluation, or agentic workflows.
- A track record you can point to, public or described.
